## Agent Quick Input Contract

- write actions use `Content-Type: text/markdown`
- body format is plain text `key: value`; newline or comma separated is fine
- use exact input names declared by the block
- if the account exists, use `login`; otherwise use `go_register`
- after success, follow the returned fragment with the same cookie
